A. Galleria VIP customers and family can receive SNUH Gangnam center’s SP programs when booking through Galleria. SP programs are ±10% discounted than ordinary medical check-up program. You can find details of SP program here. VIP customers and family members are required to present document to proof their relationship.

A. Customers who have over 30,000 G-Points qualify as VIP. (Until Dec. 2019, if you have a points card you will qualify for the benefit regardless of the number of points accumulated)

A. Galleria can only book appointments. It cannot provide medical advice. Benefits are only available when booked through Galleria. Appointments must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance. Medical History (Prior illness), operations and medication must be included in the registration document at time of booking. After booking, all consultation with the customer will be done directly by the Seoul National University Hospital Healthcare System Gangnam Center. Cancelling an appointment can be done after booking directly with the Seoul National University Hospital Healthcare System Gangnam Center.

A. The main components include ▲ Risk factors of lifestyle (smoking, drinking, lack of exercise) ▲ Necessary Exam related to Family and medical history (high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity etc) ▲ Sex and age specific exams that needs to be conducted necessary on a regular basis even where risk factors are low. Kangnam Centre's program is divided into basic health exams and health planning exams. The basic exam involves 25 components. Health planning exam includes CT, endoscope, ultrasound and related detailed exams. For men you can choose from ▲heart ▲respiratory ▲digestive health planning, for women you can choose from▲heart, respiratory ▲breast thyroid ▲digestive health planning. There are many other sex and age specific test you can choose from. Customers can also recieve related medical care by Seoul National University Hospital

A. The location is easily accesible by public transit and car. You will receive the address at the time of booking from Seoul University Hospital Kangnam centre.

A. The base exam takes about 2 hours, if health planning or other tests are involved, it takes about 3.5 hours.

A. VIP Customers with over 30,000 points and 10,000 points will be deducted at the time of booking. Exam payments should be made after the exam directly to the Centre. Methods of payments include overseas credit cards, Cash(USD), (KRW). (Please check payment instruction sheet for further details, Until Dec. 2019 Customers who have a points card can receive the benefit regardless of the number of points they have)

A. Efforts will be made to get the results to you before you leave the country however, if this is not possible, you will be contacted at your place of residence.

A. For those over 40, it is recommended to receive an exam once a year. If you receive an exam through the program every year, you will qualify to receive other exams such as thyroid, heart, respiratory, and digestive with just base circulation program.
