PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard.
The Pre-Authorization Hold applied, we place this authorization hold in case your total turns out to be higher due to special requests, added items, replacement items, or weight adjustments.
The pre-authorization payment will be 20% higher than your order total at check out and it typically takes 7 business days for the pre-authorization charge to be removed by your bank.
In case of order cancellation, the pre-authorization is a temporary hold a customer’s credit/debit card and usually canceled within 7 business days.
When the invoice amount is higher than the Pre-Authorized payment amount, payment through the terminal (bank machine) will be provided.
When you make a purchase, we may collect payment information from you such as credit card information including your credit card number, expiry date, and cvv code for processing by our third-party payment service provider.
We do not retain any payment processing information or any financial information such as credit card numbers.
All information is provided directly to our third-party who uses your personal information to process payments and will be subject to the payment processors’ own privacy policy and terms of service.

Return and Exchange Policy.
Returns must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date on the receipt. Meat, Fish, Produce Frozen and Dairy products must be returned within 24 hours. Products must be in the original condition for return.
