  • Pick up service fee: $5 per each order, $50 Minimum order required.

How to Pick Up?

  • Please bring the credit card that you paid for online order and the valid Photo ID which is issued by the government.
  • Please let us know when you arrive at the pick-up location by Kakao Talk, SNS, or calling (647-636-2433).
  • Please sign on the receipt (invoice) when you pick up your order.
  • For secure pick-up service, we will check your signature on the back side of your credit card.
  • If the person who pay and the person who pick up is not the same person, we will check and scan the ID of the person who pick up with the consent of the person who order.

If you need to change the pickup schedule, please contact the pickup service number (647) 636-2433 or Galleria Supermarket Kakaotalk before 12:00 pm the day before your pickup.

Pre-Authorization Hold applied, we place this authorization hold in case your total turns out to be higher due to special requests, added items, replacement items, or weight adjustments.
The pre-Authorization payment will be 20% higher than your order total at check out. After delivery or pickup, the hold will drop off, and your card will be charged for the final total.
The final charge will appear within 7 business days after order completion.
When the invoice amount is higher than the Pre-Authorized payment amount, payment through the terminal (bank machine) will be provided.

When you make a purchase, we may collect payment information from you such as credit card information including your credit card number, expiry date, and cvv code for processing by our third-party payment service provider.
We do not retain any payment processing information or any financial information such as credit card numbers.
All information is provided directly to our third-party who uses your personal information to process payments and will be subject to the payment processors’ own privacy policy and terms of service.
