The membership can be used in combination with the family. We provide three membership cards for you to share with your family upon signup.
Additional membership cards are not available, but you can use Galleria Mobile App(GalleriaSM) to share more.
You can create your membership card as follows:
*Online Registration
1. login or create account at galleriasm.com
2. Go to My Point -> Apply Card (https://www.galleriasm.com/Account/ApplyMemberShipCard)
3. Fill in the registration form and submit.
4. Your membership card will be delivered through mail.
*Offline Registration
1. Visit customer service centre.
2. Fill up the registration form and receive your membership card.
Points can be claimed by presenting the purchase receipt later at the customer service centre.
By installing our mobile app, you can pull up your membership card at any time.
You can use the accumulated points to redeem various products at the Galleria Supermarket.
Please visit the customer service centre with your Galleria membership card and personal ID for point redemption.
You can check the list of redeemable products by clicking 'Redemption items' located under My Point or 'Redemption items' located at the bottom.
If your membership number starts with 99, it is a membership that only can be used for online shopping.
The online only membership can be upgraded to the general membership at the customer service centre or online (https://www.galleriasm.com/Account/loginPage?returnUrl=%2FAccount%2FApplyMemberShipCard).
All existing purchase history and points will be retained.
Depending on the payment method, the following points can be earned.
1. For cash and debit payments: 10 points earned for every $1.
(E.g. 100 points earned for $10 purchase)
2. Credit Card payments: 3 points earned for every $1.
(E.g. 30 points earned for $10 purchase)

2. Mobile App(GalleriaSM): Click Card menu located at the bottom.

We can deliver to Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond hill, Markham,
Newmarket, Aurora, Scarborough and some parts of Hamilton.
After you add all of your items to your order, proceed to "Checkout".
Once in the Checkout section, you have the choice of picking "Delivery" or "Pickup". If you choose "Delivery, we will deliver your order directly to your door on the date you want and
if you choose "Pick Up", you can pick up at any Galleria supermarket store you'd like to pick up on the date and time you want.
You can check your order status when you log into your account and Click on "My order" to view your list of orders, there you can see the status.
Or you can check your order status through the email that we sent to you regarding every step of the way to confirm the purchase of your order
Your order will be generally delivered anytime between the hours of 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm to your address based on the specified date which you choose.
Please understand that we cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window because the delivery times can vary depending on local traffic conditions.

The delivery fee is based on the distance from each branch of the Galleria to your location.
This may result in different delivery charges for each branch of the Galleria.
The item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date on the receipt.
